Picsart Network Error: Checks for Web, Android and iPhone
Picsart is a separate editor from ArtCraft's Craft Apps. A network error can appear while Picsart is loading, using a feature or exporting. First note where it happens. A failed download or an app that crashes needs different checks from a connection error. Save any work you can access before clearing app data or reinstalling.
Find the failing step
- Open another website or connected app on the same device. If that fails too, check your connection first. If it works, try Picsart once on another available network, such as mobile data instead of Wi-Fi. This narrows down the problem; it does not prove Picsart is down.
- Note whether the error affects all of Picsart or only one action. If only AI Video Editor fails, see Picsart's AI Video Editor help ↗. Upload failure and insufficient credits are separate errors there.
- If the app will not install or update, or a web export will not download, follow Picsart's download, install and export guide ↗ instead of treating every failure as a network error.
Web browser
Reload the page and try the same action again. Use a current desktop version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. If the error occurs in the AI Video Editor, Picsart recommends checking the connection and clearing the browser cache before retrying. If the editor works but the finished file will not download, check your browser's download permission for picsart.com using Picsart's export guide. Record which action fails; do not erase a project just to test the connection.
Android
Try another available network, then reopen Picsart and repeat the failing action. If the app will not install or update, update it through Google Play and check available device storage. Picsart's installation guide gives the Android path Settings → Apps → Picsart → Storage → Clear Cache; setting names can vary by device. Clear Data is a different action and can remove unsaved work, so it is not part of this first check.
iPhone or iPad
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data if both are available, then retry. If the problem is specifically installation or an update, check available storage and the system version before retrying through the App Store. Picsart's installation guide also describes offloading and reinstalling the app for that case. If you can still access projects, save your work before taking that step; reinstalling is not the first response to a temporary network message.
Ask Picsart for help
If the same Picsart action still fails after you have tested another available connection, contact Picsart support ↗. Include the device and system version or browser, the feature and exact action, the full error message, the approximate time and a screenshot if possible. Say which checks you already tried. That gives support enough detail to distinguish a connection problem from an app or feature problem.
